These paper confetti shooters contain red, white and blue tissue paper that is biodegradable, flame-resistant and colour fast.  Making an idea celebration item for the Jubilee . Simply remove the plastic film covering point the top of the shooter towards the air and away from people then twist the bottom... Bang the compressed air is released sending the confetti skywards.
